​We will be hand-selecting players from the neighboring Chicago-land areas for all of our spring/summer teams. These teams will practice two times a week for 1.5 hours at the Ackerman Sports and Fitness Center, Civic Center, or Roselle Park District.

Practices will be consisting of team concepts and fundamental skills-training. Detailed techniques will be taught and executed in preparation for tournaments. 

​

Season will run in April & May for 11U and below and they will compete in 5 Tournaments.

 

12U & 13U will run in April, May, June. 14U-17U will run in April, May, July. All high school teams will take the month of June off for the players to focus on their school team commitments (camps, summer leagues, etc).  All of these teams will compete in 8 Tournaments.

If your child is selected to play on one of our teams, a down payment will be required immediately to hold their spot. We will then collect the remaining fee periodically prior to seasons start. There are two types of teams that will be offered to eligible players, a breakdown of the commitment level is below.

REGIONAL ELITE TEAMS

All the regional elite teams' tournaments will be played locally in the greater Chicagoland area.  The goal is to play the best competition in the region.

NATIONAL ELITE TEAMS

National elite teams may be required to travel out of state 1-2 times over the course of the season. They will play in three live period events, where college scouts and coaches will be in attendance. These teams will play on the Prep Hoops Circuit to compete against some of the best talent in the country.

All teams will compete in 8 Tournaments. Our National Program also includes 8 weeks of Speed and Agility.

UA RISE  & UA FUTURE TEAMS

New this season, BIG3 Basketball is excited to announce our participation in the UA Rise Circuit & UA Future, powered by Under Armour. These teams will represent the highest level of competition within our program.

​

Grades 13U–17U will compete on the UA Rise platform, traveling to top regional and national events.

​

The UA Rise program is designed for proven, coachable, and exceptional athletes who are looking to challenge themselves against the nation’s best and have the academic/basketball resume to compete at that level and be recruitable at the college level.
